I have stayed here for 2 nights, the employees are very welcoming & always there to assist. Special mention goes to Ravi, Saurav & Prajal. However, I would like to highlight the concern about room cleanliness, which is not up to the mark. The cups were very dirty. It might have not been cleaned since months. Also, all of sudden at midnight, I heard rat noise from the AC dock, which is not at all expected from well reputed 4 star hotel in the city. I Hope someone will look after the concern.

This is the most unprofessional hotel. We Impression Tourism has done a query and blocking with this hotel. But the guest called up directly and front office manager has shared a B2B rate to the guest. This how this hotel work. Not expectiong this from a brand. very much unfortunate. Even we aske for solution and the FOM is so uncooperative that directly he denyed to talk. We asked for GM contact details but he refused.
